Hi all, it’s been a while since I posted anything. I just wanted to share some reasons why I decided to end https://LyandtheLuckyLove.com. Some of our key members started other projects and also were leaving the band. The remaining members were also doing their own projects. We all have full schedules and I was feeling spread thin. You can follow my old bandmates when you head over to Instagram/lyvuimusic and see where I’ve tagged them. 

Running a band is like a small business and there are a lot of moving parts in efforts to keeping a band together. As an indie artist, there is already a lot of work to be done. I was trying to book the band, juggle schedules and also having two music format news style shows that I will host in 2023 are not out yet – to work on. I was posting on social media for both my band and also my personal account and that was also starting to take up a lot of time. I am so grateful to everyone involved. We had some fun making music together and we learned a lot. 

I plan on getting better vocally and on guitar in the next year as I work on my own music and playing live. I hope to release my EP next year. Many of my same band members present and past will be tracking with me in the studio and participating in projects I have planned in the future. I look forward to sharing it with you as we welcome 2023.
